Hello. My name is XXXX and I have been a customer of your services since XXXX. I understand that you have mail filters in place to protect customers like myself from unsolicited email; however, this has made it impossible for me to receive certain newsletters, announcements, and promotions that I have subscribed to receive. I value these communications and would like to receive them using this email address.
The sender of these mailings uses a product called Constant Contact to deliver their emails, and it appears that your filters are blocking their mail. Constant Contact has strict anti-spam policies, this is mail that I asked for and is not spam.
